Payment Policy: A tax invoice will be forwarded following course enrolment inclusive of EFT and credit card payment options. Payment is required no later than 14 days prior to course commencement unless otherwise specified. Early Bird payment is required no later than 30 days prior to course commencement.
Cancellation Policy: A 25% cancellation fee is applicable in the event that cancellation or postponement occurs later than 7 days prior to course commencement.
Privacy Policy: In line with the Privacy Policy and legislation, all information obtained about applicants/clients, either individuals or organisations, will be kept confidential and not disclosed without the written authority of the applicant/client or unless required to by law.
