Overview

The LEAN 6 Green Belt program is designed to provide a thorough knowledge base in Lean Six Sigma and Change Management principles. The program provides participants with the skills required to effectively lead business improvement projects and manage the risks associated with change.  No learning prerequisite applies.

Through a combination of classroom training, practical exercises and shared experiences, participants become familiar with the 15 steps of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC improvement cycle.  We provided tablets with either SigmaXL™ or MINITAB™ software during our training, however, no prior knowledge of statistics is needed.  Practitioner certification is awarded via our partnership with the Australian Society for Quality (RTO ID 22526).

The program is delivered at a CBD training facility with lunch and refreshments included.  On-site client based training can be arranged upon request.  Click here to view a gallery of recently completed programs.
