Through a combination of online training, practical exercises and process simulations, participants become familiar with the 15 steps of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC improvement cycle.  Practitioner certification is awarded via our partnership with the Australian Society for Quality (RTO ID 22526).  Refer details below.

The program is delivered live online by a Master Black Belt facilitator.  Customised client based training can be arranged upon request.
