DISCOUNT POLICY
Training fee discounts are applicable to the list price for selected public training enrolments. Rates are applied in accordance with the relevant discount at the time of participant enrolment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 100% refund is applicable in the event that cancellation or postponement occurs no later than 7 days prior to course commencement. A 20% cancellation fee applies in the event that cancellation or postponement occurs less than 7 days prior to course commencement.
PRIVACY POLICY
In line with the Privacy Policy and legislation, all information obtained about applicants/clients, either individuals or organisations, will be kept confidential and not disclosed without the written authority of the applicant/client unless required to by law.
