Lean Six Sigma Executive Training

The LEAN 6 Lean Six Sigma Executive training program is designed to provide executives and senior managers with a strong working knowledge of the Lean and Six Sigma concepts and tools.

The focus is to develop “educated sponsors” and to build leadership support for sustainable changes.

The program can be delivered either onsite at a client’s premises or offsite at our CBD training facility.

Develop an understanding of the Lean concepts and their practical application
Be able to identify and reduce 8 types of waste using selected process improvement tools
Develop problem solving & continuous improvement skills
Understand the program governance and leadership requirements needed to ensure continuous improvement and overall success in Lean Six Sigma
