Overview

The LEAN 6 Yellow Belt training provides an introductory working knowledge of both Lean and Six Sigma. The program provides participants with the skills required to contribute effectively to a Lean or Six Sigma improvement project in addition to an ability to implement process improvements within their own work space.

Participants engage in practical simulations and the application of foundation process improvement tools. No prior qualifications or experience is required. The public program is facilitated live online over 2 x 3 hour training sessions with training content provided prior to course commencement. Client based training can be delivered either on-site in a classroom environment or live online upon request.  Following course completion participants receive a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training certificate.
