Overview

The LEAN 6 Green Belt program is designed to provide a thorough knowledge base in Lean Six Sigma and Change Management principles. The program provides participants with the skills required to effectively lead business improvement projects and manage the risks associated with change. No learning prerequisite applies.

Through a combination of classroom training, practical exercises and shared experiences, participants become familiar with the 15 steps of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC improvement cycle. We provide tablets with SigmaXL™ software during our training, however, no prior knowledge of statistics is needed. Practitioner certification is awarded via our partnership with the Australian Society for Quality (RTO ID 22526).  Refer details below.

All programs are instructor led and delivered either live online or at our CBD training facility with lunch and refreshments included. Client based training can be delivered either live online, on-site, or off-site at our CBD training facility.

The knowledge assessment is conducted on an open book basis.  Guides, templates, and support are provided for the business improvement project.
